Kale smoothie bowl



SECOND ATTEMPT


Ingredients
Handful of Kale
2 bananas
Whole milk
Blue berries
strawberries
Protein powder (Optional)

I've always been a fan of smoothies and I think they're a great way to get the nutrients and vitamins you miss out on. I personally cannot have a smoothie that doesn't have bananas in it.I recently came across a Youtuber (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzLQ_5hu5fuVSEHkMGEq7Vg/videos)who's vegan and she had a smoothie bowl for dinner and I have no idea why I had 
never thought of that.

So here I am, almost half an hour after having this smoothie bowl for dinner and I can say, its extremely filling. Two and a Half Men has been on for about 20 mins and I haven't moved an inch. If I had jeans on I would probably have it unzipped it.
It tastes amazing and I cannot wait to experiment with more ingredients and share it with you all.
